The AI Prescription · Diagnosed and treated · Remote

Bring us your team's worst week. We write the prescription and make sure it's taken.

One 45-minute call with you, then an hour with two to four of the people who do the work. Within ten days you get a short report listing the company's biggest time drains, the tasks that eat hours every week because someone does them by hand, and for each one the off-the-shelf tool that removes it: what it costs per seat, how many hours it gives back, and whose hours they are. Then the two of us spend two weeks setting every tool up on your accounts, training whoever owns it, and coming back on day fourteen to check that it stuck.

9,000€ 3,500€ for the prescription, 5,500€ for the rollout, both owners on both. The first comes back if the report doesn't find your team twenty hours a week; the second if the tools aren't live in two weeks.

Why this exists.

The tools exist.
Matching them to your team, and getting them used,
is the job nobody owns.

How it works

Three calls, a report and a two-week rollout: about a month start to finish, with the tools running from week three.

Step 1 · 45 + 60 minutes

The two calls

First, you. A recorded video call with an AI notetaker running so nothing gets lost: where the company's time goes, what gets retyped from one tool into another, what someone assembles by hand every Monday, what you tried to automate that came apart. Then the people who do the work, two to four of them with screens shared, walking us through yesterday. Both of us are on both calls, because you can't judge how hard a tool is to set up from a transcript alone, and the people who will do the implementation should hear the problems first-hand. Near the end we ask which process they'd delete outright if they could, and the answer is usually the Monday meeting.

Step 2 · The same week

The diagnosis

We take both transcripts apart and pull out the eight to twelve biggest drains. AI runs the wide search across the tool directories; the judgment about what fits your team stays with us, because a twenty-person team has no use for the platform built for two thousand, and a tool that saves one desk while adding a step to three others is not a fix. Before the shortlist becomes a report, we take it apart entry by entry against the setup each one demands, and anything that only works on paper comes off. Some of the best prescriptions turn out to be plain software with no AI in it at all.

Step 3 · In your inbox

The prescription

A short report, one entry per drain: the tool, the cost per seat, the hours returned and whose they are. It closes with the rollout plan, which tool goes live on which day and who owns it, and the arithmetic: hours returned across the team, times what those hours cost you, minus the subscriptions. It lands before the walkthrough, so everyone arrives having read it.

Step 4 · 45 minutes

The walkthrough

You and the team leads, both of us. We go through it tool by tool until every entry has an owner and a day on the calendar, and we settle the order: the entries that give the most hours back for the least setup go first. That afternoon the rollout starts.

Step 5 · Two weeks

The rollout

We take the prescription into your accounts, four hands: the subscriptions in your name, the settings, the integrations between the tools you already had and the ones that just arrived. Each tool owner gets ten minutes of training, recorded, so the next hire gets the same ten minutes. Nothing runs on our logins, and the admin rights stay with you.

Step 6 · Day 14

The check-up

Thirty minutes with the tool owners: which entries stuck, which didn't, and why. The ones that didn't get one more pass or a swap. The drains no off-the-shelf tool fixes are named and priced for the menu further down, and the arithmetic is redone with real numbers instead of estimates.

The guarantee.

The prescription is free unless it finds
your team at least twenty hours a week,
and the rollout is on us
if the tools aren't live in two weeks.

Both of us, on all of it

alternoon is a two-person team: the owners, side by side, with design, product, growth and technology in the same two heads. Both of us are on every call, every page of the report and every day of the rollout, nothing is subcontracted or passed to a provider, and your point of contact is the people doing the work. What splits is the reading, so every entry survives two before you see it.

The diagnosis reading

Is it the right tool?

Every entry gets questioned out loud between us, against your headcount and your existing tools, and the arithmetic written down so it can be checked line by line in the walkthrough until you agree or it comes off the list.

The implementation reading

Will it be live in two weeks?

Every entry gets read a second time against the setup it demands on your accounts, the training its owner needs, and what tends to break on day nine. The plan is written by the same hands that will run the two weeks, so the report and the calendar are one document.

No layers. No handovers. No diluted intent. If a drain turns into a build, the same two owners turn up.

Who this is for

Founders past the idea stage

Ten to sixty people and real revenue, with a week that only works because certain people are in it. You no longer sit inside every process, so what reaches you is a vague sense that everything takes too long. The person absorbing each drain could name it in a minute, and has never been asked.

Tab collectors, at team scale

Nineteen tools bookmarked, three trialled by three different people who never compared notes. Choosing one and getting a team to use it is a different job from reading about it, which is why the second half of this exists.

Burned once already

Someone automated a handoff last year and it broke quietly for a month before anyone noticed. A prescription comes with the dosage checked: every tool is sized to your team and your existing tools before it makes the report.

ChatGPT seats and nothing else

Everyone has a licence, three people use it well. You suspect it covers a tenth of what exists for a company your size, and the rest sits in directories nobody at your company has an afternoon to comb.

Remote delivery · Zoom or Meet · English or Spanish · any timezone

After the quick wins

The check-up ends with a list of the drains no off-the-shelf tool fixes, the ones that deserve a proper build. That is where the rest of alternoon starts. Three modes; you enter where the pain is. The prescription fee credits toward any of them.

01

DECIDE · 2–4 weeks

For when the drain is a decision, and nobody has made it. Automating a broken sixteen-step process makes it fall apart faster, so before anything gets wired up we map how the work runs today and cut the steps nobody can defend. It ends with a documented call on what to build and what to delete outright, and the logic behind it.

02

ACTIVATE · 4–8 weeks

For when the fix has to be built. Zapier, Make or n8n flows for the cut-and-dried handoffs, so a new client signing duplicates the project template with the kickoff email already queued. Or your proprietary process turned into a saved workflow the team runs the same way every time, training included. Built on your accounts and handed over documented.

03

BUILD · 8–12 weeks

For when what works has to keep working without a hero. The knowledge that lives in three people's heads goes into a private assistant trained on your documents and past answers, so the four hundred near-identical emails a busy month generates get a link instead of an afternoon. The loops get monitoring, so a broken automation is caught in an hour instead of a month. What you're left with is a system a new hire can run in week one.

Common questions

Off-the-shelf software, most of it between 10€ and 30€ a seat a month and set up in under an hour. Expect an entry or two with no AI in it; sometimes the right tool has existed for years and nobody in the building had the afternoon to find it.

Ask it for tool recommendations and you get twenty options ranked by nothing, with no idea how your Tuesday runs. The prescription starts from two recorded hours of how your company works, told by the people who do the work, and every recommendation gets checked against your headcount and your existing tools before it reaches the page.

The two of us who own alternoon, on all of it: the calls, the report, the rollout, the check-up. Nothing gets handed to a junior and nothing gets split into halves. Behind that sit a hundred-plus projects over fourteen years, including ventures taken from the first research call to shipped product: flexibel, vivla, pazy, andala, mesta. Our own studio runs on the kind of tools the report prescribes. The rest is in our projects.

No. Nothing on your project is subcontracted, freelanced or passed to a provider, and nobody junior touches it. The work, the analysis and every conversation stay with the two owners, senior across design, product, growth and technology, working for you like part of your own company. We don't sell teams. We don't sell presentations. We take ownership.

Because the person who writes a plan is a poor judge of whether it can be implemented by Friday, so every entry gets written and then attacked before you see it, and entries that only look good on paper come off. And because the hands that do the implementation were in the room when the drain was named, nothing is lost in a handover. The report has a deadline attached to both our calendars, which is the difference between a prescription and a reading list.

Yes. Then it's 3,500€ for the calls, the report and the walkthrough, and the rollout stays on the table for thirty days at the same 5,500€ if the plan stalls. Most teams that try it come back on about day ten.

Yes, and it often should. A support team or a sales team of six generates a full prescription on its own. Say in the note which team's week hurts most, and that is where we start.

Nothing. No affiliate deals and no reseller margins, so a tool only makes the report because it fits your team. Every subscription is in your name and paid by you.

Two and a half hours on calls, spread across you and two to four people on the team. During the rollout, ten minutes per tool owner for the training, and thirty minutes for the check-up on day fourteen. The setup itself is ours.

No. We need admin access to the tools you already use on day one of the rollout, and someone who can say yes to a 19€ subscription. Anything heavier than off-the-shelf goes on the build side, where we do the wiring.

Yours. Every subscription is in your name, every login is yours, and the admin rights stay with you when the two weeks end. Nothing depends on us afterwards unless you want it to.

Then the prescription digs into the settings nobody turned on and the drains you've been treating with the wrong tool. And if we can't find your team twenty hours a week regardless, the guarantee applies and you pay nothing.

You do. Every entry shows its arithmetic, hours and whose, so you can check it line by line with the people it's about. If you read the report and the twenty hours aren't there, say so and we refund the 3,500€ and stop there.

Then the 5,500€ comes back. The one condition is access: the clock starts the day we have admin rights on your accounts, so if those arrive on day nine, the two weeks start on day nine.

In two parts, after we've read your note and confirmed this fits. 3,500€ before the first call, refunded if the report doesn't find your team twenty hours a week. 5,500€ at the walkthrough, refunded if the tools aren't live by day fourteen.

Fully. Zoom or Meet, in English or Spanish, from Madrid, in whatever timezone you keep. The rollout happens inside your accounts, so it's remote by nature.

Yes. The recordings, the report and whatever we see inside your accounts stay between us and the people you put on the calls, and we'll sign an NDA if you need one.

No. A retainer is open-ended access to our time, which we don't sell. COMPOUND is a fixed scope of shipped improvements each month on the systems we set up with you, priced per discipline, and it has to earn the next month with a readout on what moved. Cancel with a month's notice.

The tools keep running on your accounts, with your people trained on them. When a drain needs building, that is DECIDE, ACTIVATE or BUILD above, and your 3,500€ is credited toward it. If what you want afterwards is someone to keep the loops improving, that is COMPOUND, your rollout fee counts toward month one, and it ends whenever you say.

The three, side by side

One diagnosis engine, both owners on all of it. Every way in starts from the same 3,500€ diagnosis; the price is what we add on top: the two-week rollout (+5,500€), the money prescription (+3,500€), or five days with three automations built in.

The AI Prescription · Time and money · Remote

Bring us your team's worst week and your pipeline's worst month. We write a prescription for each.

One 45-minute call with you, then two calls the same week, both of us on both: one with the people who do the work, one with the people who bring the work in. Within ten days, one report with two prescriptions. The first lists the biggest time drains, the tasks that eat hours every week because someone does them by hand, and the off-the-shelf tool that removes each one, with the hours it gives back and whose they are. The second lists where the pipeline loses money between a lead arriving and a reply going out, what each leak costs in euros a month, and the tool or the setting that closes it. Then we walk both teams through it together.

7,000€ 3,500€ for the time prescription, 3,500€ for the money prescription, both owners on both. Each comes back on its own: the first if it doesn't find your team twenty hours a week, the second if it doesn't find a leak worth more than its fee in a quarter.
Request the report

Why this exists.

The tools exist.
The hours your team loses and the euros your pipeline loses
are read by different people, months apart.
Reading both in the same week is the job nobody owns.

How it works

Three calls and one report, about ten days start to finish, with both of us on it in the same week.

Step 1 · 45 minutes

The founder call

Both of us, with you. A recorded video call with an AI notetaker running so nothing gets lost: where the company's time goes, and where the pipeline goes quiet. What gets retyped from one tool into another, what someone assembles by hand every Monday, how long a new lead waits for a reply, which stage of the funnel nobody has looked at since the spring. Near the end we ask which process you'd delete outright if you could, and which channel you'd switch off tomorrow if nobody was watching.

Step 2 · 60 + 60 minutes

The two team calls

Same week, both of us on both. First the operations call: two to four of the people who do the work, screens shared, walking us through yesterday. Then the pipeline call: sales, marketing, whoever answers the first email, with the CRM and the ad accounts open. The team calls are where most of the entries come from, in the drains an owner never sees because someone downstream absorbs them, and in the leads that go cold because the person who'd reply is typing up call notes.

Step 3 · The same week

Two diagnoses

We take both transcripts apart together. On the time side: the eight to twelve biggest drains, an AI search across the tool directories, and the judgment about what fits made against your headcount and your existing tools, because a twenty-person team has no use for the platform built for two thousand. On the money side: every leak sized in euros a month from your own numbers (leads a month, reply time, conversion by stage, average deal), and the tool or the setting that closes it. Some of the best entries turn out to be plain software with no AI in it at all, and some are a setting you already pay for.

Step 4 · The same week

The cross-read

Then every entry gets read a second time, against the other side: each money entry for the hours it would cost the people who have to run it, each time entry for what it does to the pipeline. About a third of the entries change or merge in this step, which is the reason to read time and money in one week rather than in two reports six months apart.

Step 5 · In your inbox

The report

Two prescriptions, one arithmetic. Each time entry: the tool, the cost per seat, the setup time, the hours returned and whose. Each money entry: the leak, what it costs you a month, the fix, what the fix costs. It closes with a two-week rollout plan, one owner per entry and one ten-minute action a day, and the total: hours returned times what those hours cost you, plus euros recovered, minus the subscriptions. It lands before the walkthrough, so both teams arrive having read it.

Step 6 · 60 minutes

The walkthrough

Both teams, both of us. We go through it entry by entry until each one has an owner and a week on the calendar. Run the rollout yourselves, or hand us the implementation, and the report fee credits toward it.

The guarantee.

The time prescription is free unless it finds
your team at least twenty hours a week,
and the money prescription is free unless it finds
a leak worth more than its fee in a quarter.

Both of us, reading time and money

alternoon is a two-person team: the owners, side by side, with design, product, growth and technology in the same two heads. Both of us are on every call and every page of this report, nothing is subcontracted or passed to a provider, and every entry gets read twice, once for time and once for money.

The time reading

Where the week leaks

Every drain from the operations call sized in hours, whose they are, one tool matched to each and checked against your headcount and your existing tools. Then the money entries get the same eyes: what each would cost the people who'd have to run it, because an email sequence that saves the sales lead an hour and costs the operations lead two is a wash.

The money reading

Where the pipeline leaks

Every leak from the pipeline call sized in euros a month from your own numbers, with the tool or the setting that closes it. Then the time entries get read for what they do to the pipeline, because a drain that slows the person who answers leads is also a leak, and that second reading usually pays for the first.

No layers. No handovers. No diluted intent. If an entry turns into a build, the same two owners turn up.

Who this is for

Founders past the idea stage

Ten to sixty people and real revenue, with a week that only works because certain people are in it. You no longer sit inside every process, so what reaches you is a vague sense that everything takes too long. The person absorbing each drain could name it in a minute, and has never been asked.

The channel quietly burning cash

Growth is real and one channel isn't, and the report that would show it gets built by hand on Mondays by someone who'd rather not be the one to say so. The money prescription puts the number next to the channel.

Two spreadsheets, no shared picture

Ops has one, sales has one, and the drain that connects them (the reply that waits because the person who'd send it is typing up notes) shows up in neither. Both sides of this report come out of the same week, from the same two calls.

Burned once already

Someone automated a handoff last year and it broke quietly for a month before anyone noticed. A prescription comes with the dosage checked: every entry is sized to your team and your existing tools before it makes the report.

Remote delivery · Zoom or Meet · English or Spanish · any timezone

After the quick wins

Both prescriptions also name what no off-the-shelf tool or setting fixes: the sixteen-step process, the funnel stage that needs rebuilding rather than patching. That is where the rest of alternoon starts. Three modes; you enter where the pain is. The report fee credits toward any of them.

Or the funnel stage rebuilt as a working experience and tested with real users, so the leak closes for good instead of being patched.

Mostly settings and small tools between a lead and a reply: the alert that fires when a form is filled, the sequence that answers a trial signup at minute two instead of day three, the report that shows which channel the closed deals came from. Some entries are a number and no tool at all: the day of the week your leads go cold, the stage where deals sit for three weeks. Each one carries what it's worth a month and what closing it costs.

From your numbers, on the call: leads a month, reply time, conversion by stage, average deal. A leak is the gap between what a stage does now and what the same stage does at a reply time or a follow-up rate we've seen hold elsewhere, times your deal value, and we round down. Every entry shows the arithmetic, so the guarantee can be checked line by line.

Ask it for tool recommendations and you get twenty options ranked by nothing, with no idea how your Tuesday runs or what a lead is worth to you. The report starts from three recorded hours of how your company works, told by the people who do the work and the people who bring it in, and every entry gets checked against your headcount and your own numbers before it reaches the page.

The two of us who own alternoon, both on every page; nothing gets handed to a junior and no side belongs to one of us.

Because the cross-read is where the report earns its fee. Half the money leaks turn out to be caused by a time drain, the reply that waits because someone is typing up notes, and a third of the time entries change once someone has asked what they do to the pipeline. Two reports six months apart never meet.

Yes. Either side on its own is 3,500€, same calls, both of us, and the same guarantee for that side. You lose the cross-read.

Yes, and it often should. A support team of six generates a full time prescription on its own, and a sales team of four a full money one. Say in the note which week hurts most, and that is where we start.

Nothing. No affiliate deals and no reseller margins, so a tool only makes the report because it fits your team. Every subscription is in your name and paid by you.

Read access to the CRM and the ad accounts for the pipeline call and the diagnosis, revoked afterwards if you like. Nothing on the time side needs a login.

Under four hours on calls, spread across you, two to four people who do the work and two or three who bring it in. Then about ten minutes a day per entry owner for the two weeks of the rollout.

No. The setup times on the report assume a team lead with a laptop and admin rights, no IT department. Anything heavier goes on the build side, where we do the wiring.

Then the time prescription digs into the settings nobody turned on and the drains you've been treating with the wrong tool, and the money prescription into the sequences that exist but were never switched on. And if either side doesn't clear its bar regardless, that half comes back.

You do. Every entry shows its arithmetic, hours and whose on one side, euros a month and how we got there on the other, so you can check it line by line with the people it's about. If either side doesn't clear its bar, say so and that half of the fee comes back.

7,000€ before the founder call, after we've read your note and confirmed this fits, in two lines of 3,500€ on the invoice so each half can come back on its own.

Fully. Zoom or Meet, in English or Spanish, from Madrid, in whatever timezone you keep.

Yes. The recordings, the report and whatever we see in the CRM stay between us and the people you put on the calls, and we'll sign an NDA if you need one.

You run the rollout. When an entry needs building, that is DECIDE, ACTIVATE or BUILD above, and the report fee is credited toward it. If what you want afterwards is the same two people keeping the time side and the money side improving, that is COMPOUND, and it ends whenever you say.

Bring us your team's worst week. We take the next one, and by Friday the tools are live.

Monday, both of us: a call with you and a call with the people who do the work. Tuesday, the diagnosis and the prescription: the biggest time drains, the tasks that eat hours every week because someone does them by hand, each matched to the off-the-shelf tool that removes it, plus the three drains worth an automation of their own. Book a week

Why this exists.

The tools exist.
Matching them to your team and getting them used
is a week's work nobody has a week for.

How it works

Five days, both of us, with the tools running before we leave.

The week before

The note and the access

You send the note and we confirm the fit and pick the week. Admin access to the accounts you already use arrives the Friday before, along with a list of who owns what, so Monday starts on the tools instead of on passwords.

Monday · 45 + 60 minutes

The two calls

Both of us. First you, recorded, with an AI notetaker running so nothing gets lost: where the company's time goes, what gets retyped from one tool into another, what someone assembles by hand every Monday, what you tried to automate that came apart. Then the people who do the work, two to four of them with screens shared, walking us through last week. By the afternoon both transcripts are in pieces on the table. Near the end of the second call we ask which process they'd delete outright if they could, and the answer is usually the Monday meeting.

Tuesday

The diagnosis and the prescription

By lunch, the eight to twelve biggest drains: an AI search across the tool directories, and the judgment about what fits made by us against your headcount and your existing tools, because a twenty-person team has no use for the platform built for two thousand. By evening, the prescription in your inbox: five to ten off-the-shelf tools, one per drain, and the three drains worth an automation of their own, chosen with you on a fifteen-minute call. Some of the best entries turn out to be plain software with no AI in it at all.

Wednesday

Setup and build

Both of us, four hands. The prescription goes into your accounts: subscriptions in your name, the settings, the integrations between the tools you already had and the ones that just arrived, ten minutes of recorded training per tool owner. And the three automations get built on your Zapier, Make or n8n account: a new client signs and the project template duplicates itself with the kickoff email already queued, that sort of thing. Nothing runs on our logins.

Everything switches on. The tool owners run yesterday again with the new tools; what breaks gets fixed while we're still in the room, and an entry that doesn't earn its place gets swapped or dropped. By the end of the day the arithmetic is redone with what happened instead of what we estimated.

Friday · 60 minutes

The readout

You and the team leads. What's live, what it hands back and to whom, what stuck and what needs another pass. Then the drains no off-the-shelf tool fixes, priced against DECIDE, ACTIVATE or BUILD, and the COMPOUND option if you want the same two people to keep the loops improving. We leave; the tools and the admin rights stay.

The guarantee.

The week is free unless it finds your team
at least twenty hours a week
and the three automations are
running by Friday afternoon.

Both of us, on all of it

alternoon is a two-person team: the owners, side by side, and for this week both of us are in the room with design, product, growth and technology on tap. Nothing is subcontracted and nothing has one author: every entry and every automation is written by the two of us and checked twice before it reaches your team.

Monday and Tuesday

The prescription, written together

Both of us on both calls, both pairs of eyes on the transcripts, every tool choice argued out loud before it reaches the page. By Tuesday evening the prescription is in your inbox, with the three automations chosen with you on a fifteen-minute call.

Wednesday to Friday

The week, built together

Four hands on your accounts: tools going live, owners trained, automations taking shape in the same two days. When Thursday's run finds what the estimate missed, the people who wrote the estimate are in the room to fix it, and Friday's arithmetic is done with what happened.

No layers. No handovers. No diluted intent. If a drain turns into a build, the same two owners turn up the following month.

Who this is for

Founders past the idea stage

Ten to sixty people and real revenue, with a week that only works because certain people are in it. You no longer sit inside every process, so what reaches you is a vague sense that everything takes too long. The person absorbing each drain could name it in a minute, and has never been asked.

Two weeks that became six

You've been through a rollout that started with a kickoff and ended with a shrug. A week with a Friday in it and both of us in the room is the version where the calendar does the work, and where the person who has to fix Thursday's problem is still there on Thursday.

The process everybody would delete

You already know the drain: the Monday report, the handoff that needs three people to say yes. The three automations are chosen on Tuesday, and that one will be the first.

Burned once already

Someone automated a handoff last year and it broke quietly for a month before anyone noticed. A prescription comes with the dosage checked: every tool is sized to your team and your existing tools before it makes the report, and every automation is run on Thursday with the people who'll live with it.

After the quick wins

Friday's readout ends with the drains no off-the-shelf tool or two-day automation fixes, the ones that deserve a proper build. That is where the rest of alternoon starts. Three modes; you enter where the pain is. The week's fee credits toward any of them.

Flows that need more than two days, or your proprietary process turned into a saved workflow the team runs the same way every time, training included. Or the interface that should have existed instead of the spreadsheet, built and tested with real users.

A flow on your Zapier, Make or n8n account with a trigger and a place it writes to: a client signs and the project template duplicates itself with the kickoff email queued; an invoice goes unpaid for ten days and the reminder goes out with the account manager copied. Two days each is the budget, which rules out anything that needs code we'd have to maintain; that goes on the build side.

Because setup and diagnosis fight for the same hours. One person alone writes the prescription on Tuesday, starts implementing on Wednesday, and fixes Thursday's problems the following week. With four hands, the tools and the automations land in the same two days, and whatever Thursday finds gets fixed while we're both still in the room.

Either. On-site anywhere in Spain is included; further afield, add travel. Remote means both of us in your Slack for the week and every call on video, with the same Monday-to-Friday calendar.

The three automations are the guarantee. An off-the-shelf tool that waits on a procurement yes or a vendor's approval gets set up remotely the day the yes arrives, at no charge, for thirty days after the week.

The two of us who own alternoon, on all of it, all five days; nothing gets handed to a junior. Behind that sit a hundred-plus projects over fourteen years, including ventures taken from the first research call to shipped product: flexibel, vivla, pazy, andala, mesta. Our own studio runs on the kind of tools the prescription names. The rest is in our projects.

Yes, and it often should. A support team or a sales team of six fills a week on its own. Say in the note which team's week hurts most, and that is where Monday starts.

Nothing. No affiliate deals and no reseller margins, so a tool only makes the prescription because it fits your team. Every subscription is in your name and paid by you.

Monday: forty-five minutes from you and an hour from two to four people. Wednesday and Thursday: ten minutes per tool owner, then a normal working day on the new tools while we're in the room. Friday: an hour. The rest is ours.

No. We need admin access on the Friday before and someone who can say yes to a 19€ subscription. The automations run on your Zapier, Make or n8n account, and each comes with a one-page note that a new hire can follow.

Yours. Every subscription is in your name, every login is yours, and the admin rights stay with you when we leave on Friday. Nothing depends on us afterwards unless you want it to.

Then the prescription digs into the settings nobody turned on and the drains you've been treating with the wrong tool, and the automations go where the tools can't reach. And if we can't find your team twenty hours a week regardless, the guarantee applies and you pay nothing.

You do, on Friday, with the numbers from Thursday. Every entry shows its arithmetic, hours and whose, and if the twenty hours aren't there or the automations aren't running, say so and the 12,000€ comes back.

Before Monday, after we've read your note and confirmed this fits. If the week doesn't clear its two bars, it comes back.

Yes. The recordings, the prescription and whatever we see inside your accounts stay between us and the people you put on the calls, and we'll sign an NDA if you need one.

No. A retainer is open-ended access to our time, which we don't sell. COMPOUND is a fixed scope of shipped improvements each month on the systems we set up with you, priced per discipline, and it has to earn the next month with a readout on what moved. Cancel with a month's notice.

The tools keep running on your accounts with your people trained on them, and each automation has its one-page note. When a drain needs building, that is DECIDE, ACTIVATE or BUILD above, and the week's fee credits toward it. If what you want afterwards is someone to keep the loops improving, that is COMPOUND, 3,500€ of the week counts toward month one, and it ends whenever you say.

The three, side by side

One diagnosis engine, both owners on all of it. Every way in starts from the same 3,500€ diagnosis; the price is what we add on top: the two-week rollout (+5,500€), the money prescription (+3,500€), or five days with three automations built in.

No vendemos equipos. No vendemos presentaciones.

No vendemos equipos. No vendemos presentaciones.

No vendemos equipos. No vendemos presentaciones.
